All about solution-oriented Ericksonian hypnosis

As for me, I am trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and solution-oriented hypnosis. The course of a hypnosis session
Rest assured, a hypnosis session takes place in a comfortable and respectful setting. You are seated in a cozy chair, ready to embark on an inner journey:
- Anamnesis: an open dialogue to understand your motivations. Without you, I only sow the promise of change.
- Induction: implementation of hypnotic relaxation to soothe your mind.
- Hypnotic work: dialogue with your subconscious using metaphors and positive suggestions.
- Futurization: visualize your life with these new behaviors.
- Anchoring: to strengthen the entire process.
For a first session of about 1.5 to 2 hours, the fee is €60. Following sessions of about an hour are offered at €55. Please note that hypnosis is a complement and not a substitute for appropriate medical follow-up.
